CANCELLATION POLICY

If you know you cannot make your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance to let us know, so we can see another person who needs our help.

 

Each appointment matters. It allows us to support our neighbors with prayer, encouragement, food, clothing, and more. Because we are currently at full capacity, we have a waiting list for new clients. Due to the high number of missed appointments, we have implemented a policy to ensure we can serve as many people as possible.

If you miss two (2) appointments—whether by not showing up or canceling—you will be placed back on the waiting list so that new clients can begin receiving assistance. ​You will be worked back into the schedule as openings become available. While we understand that unexpected situations arise, we must be fair to everyone who depends on our services.
