For Debra, volunteering at Agape is about caring for the whole person.
As a mentor, she has the privilege of walking alongside neighbors, offering encouragement, prayer, and hope while helping meet practical needs.
"It is a privilege to be able to serve those in need—not just physical needs, but spiritual needs."
Debra also believes it's important to share that heart of service with the next generation, helping her grandchildren see both the needs around them and the joy of caring for others.

After retiring from a 42-year career in banking, Sherry was looking for a meaningful way to spend her time. What she found at Agape was more than an opportunity to serve.
"I love being around such a great group of Christian volunteers who inspire not only the neighbors we assist each week, but each other as well."
Through the friendships, encouragement, prayers, and shared mission, she found a community that has become an important part of her retirement journey.
